Summary

A government communication to the Riksdag that replaces the 2017 strategy. It rests on three pillars: systematic and effective cybersecurity work; developed knowledge and competence; and the ability to prevent and handle incidents. It sets thirteen goals to 2029 covering organisations, critical infrastructure, supply chains, regulation, SMEs, awareness, skills, research, emerging technologies, information sharing, incident handling and cybercrime, consistent with NIS 2. It comes with a continuously updated action plan.
