Zambia's Cyber Security Act, 2025

Summary

The Act establishes the Zambia Cyber Security Agency, regulates cyber security service providers and sets up the Zambia Cyber Incident Response Team and sectoral response teams. It continues the Central Monitoring and Coordination Centre and governs the designation, protection and registration of critical information and critical information infrastructure. It repeals and replaces the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act 2021.
