Austrian Strategy for Cybersecurity 2021
In force ·
Summary
The strategy updates the 2013 strategy and treats cybersecurity as a responsibility shared by the state, business and society. It focuses on adequate financial and human resources, protection of critical infrastructure including in crisis situations, and a national threat picture. It consolidates existing coordination structures such as the Cyber Security Steering Group, the Cyber Security Platform and cyber crisis management. It commits Austria to active engagement at EU and international level for digital sovereignty and is implemented through a regularly updated catalogue of measures.
