Cybersecurity Strategy of the Republic of Cyprus 2020

Summary

Subtitled "Security of Networks and Information and Protection of Critical Information Infrastructures", the strategy replaces the 2012 strategy. It aims to protect the critical information infrastructure of the state, business and society and to institutionalise cooperation among public bodies and with the private sector. It provides for an integrated legal framework including implementation of the NIS Directive, stronger risk, incident and crisis management, and the development of skills, training and a security culture.
