Morocco's Law No. 05-20 on Cybersecurity (2020)

Summary

The law sets security rules for the information systems of state administrations, local authorities and public bodies, for infrastructures of vital importance and for operators: telecommunications networks, internet access providers, cybersecurity and digital service providers, and online platforms. It also sets the national cybersecurity governance framework and the arrangements for cooperation and information exchange between the national authority and other parties.
